Fuzzy-PID复合控制在连消中的应用

【摘要】 由于常规PID方法对连消温度这样的非线性、大滞后对象难以进行有效的控制,为此采用常规PID和模糊控制复合的方法对某制药厂的连消温度进行控制,并采用模糊推理的方法完成两种控制方式的平稳过渡。控制结果表明,该控制方法可以大幅度提高控制精度和缩短系统响应时间,从而避免了染菌事故的发生,带来了较好的经济效益。
【Abstract】 The conventional PID control is hard to implement with effectiveness for the temperature of continu ous sterilization process that is a nonlinear object with time delay, so the fuzzy-PID combined method is adopted to control temperature of continuous sterilization in a pharmaceutical factory, and the fuzzy inference is used to realize smooth transitions of the controller during switching. The results show that the control method can improve control accuracy and shorten the system response time, moreover avoid occurrence of bacteria contaminating and increase economic benefit.
