基于图像识别的数控曲线磨削在线检测研究
Research on On-line Detection of Digital Curve Grinding Based on Image Recognition

【摘要】 传统的曲线磨床是依靠光学投影来观察磨削状况的,无法采集和处理这些图像信息,也就无法实现在线检测和补偿。而用CCD采集图像,经过处理,就能够实现在线检测和补偿,从而达到更高的精度。首先介绍了在线检测系统的组成和原理。然后着重描述了通过外触发进行图像采集。在此基础上,分析了图像的标定、边缘检测等算法,最后给出了实验数据。结果表明基于CCD的在线检测系统能够满足数字化曲线磨床的精度和速度要求,提高了精度和生产效率。
【Abstract】 Traditional curve grinding machines monitor the grinding process depending on optic projection, which can’t collect and process image information, or implement on-line detection and compensation. However, a CCD-collecting-image method can do. Firstly, the composing and principle of the on-line detection system are introduced. And then, the method of image collection by means of an extern trigger is proposed. Furthermore, the algorithms of image calibration and edge detection are discussed. At last, the experimental results indicate that the CCD-collecting-image method satisfies the requirements of digital curve grinding machine, and enhances accuracy and productivity.
