光强与图像信息在转炉炼钢终点判断中的应用

【摘要】 介绍一种新型、基于炉口光强及火焰图像信息且能够适应炼钢现场恶劣环境的终点在线测量控制方法及测试系统,以实现炼钢在线终点控制。该方法在线实时检测炼钢转炉炉口辐射光的光强及火焰图像,并据此对炼钢终点进行判断。实验结果显示炉口光强及图像在冶炼终点存在显著变化规律,进而所获得的炉口光强及火焰图像信息可用于转炉炼钢在线终点控制。

【Abstract】 A new dynamic end-point-control method and an on-line monitoring system are proposed for basic oxygen furnace, which is based on the radiation and flame image of the mouth of furnace, and can adapt to the bad environment of steel-making site. In the method, the intensity of light radiated from the mouth of furnace is detected in real time, and then it is converted into digital signal for the analysis by the electric computer. Meanwhile the flame images of mouth of furnace are captured and send to the computer for analysis. Through analysis of the data obtained by experiment, some characters of light intensity and flame image off mouth of furnace are viewed. The results of experiment show that the characters of light intensity and flame image of furnace can be used to decide the end-point of steelmaking.
