25MW锅炉水循环可靠性在线监测与故障诊断

【摘要】 论述了运用所开发的锅炉水循环在线监测与故障诊断系统在25MW电站锅炉上所作的水循环安全在线监测与故障诊断。在线监测与故障诊断的目的主要是检验该锅炉水循环的可靠性。监测与诊断结果表明:锅炉经常发生在炉膛四角爆管的事故,是由于水循环工况不良而引起的。同时提出了水循环系统的改进措施。
【Abstract】 It has been described on-line monitoring and fault diagnose of water circulation safety reliability for 25MW power station boiler by on-line monitoring and fault diagnose system of boiler water circulation. The online monitoring and fault diagnose mainly aim at the verification of the boiler water circulation reliability. The online monitoring and fault diagnose results show that the accidents of occurring often boiler furnace corner tube rupture are due to water circulation condition badness at operation. At the same time, the improved measurements of water circulation system are presented.
