【Abstract】 A PXI-based automated test system (ATS) for computer system embedded in missile is designed. In the ATS, the virtual instrument technology is employed and the software is developed based on LabVIEW7.1. The ATS can test, inspect and analyze the computer systems embedded in the certain missiles automatically. With the use of ATS, the efficiency and reliability for product testing and inspecting are improved greatly.更多还原
