多模光纤共聚焦系统轴向分辨能力的分析

【摘要】 分析了多模光纤中三个低阶模式被单独激发和接收时光纤共聚焦系统的轴向光强分布,发现系统具有一定的光学层析能力,随着多模光纤模式阶数的增大,系统的最大轴向分辨能力下降。结果表明低阶多模光纤组成的传像束可用于内窥镜共聚焦系统。
【Abstract】 When three little-order modes in multi-mode fiber are only launched and detected,the axial intensity of confocal systems has been analyzed and it has optical sectioning property. However,its axial resolution will fall with mode order enlarging. The result shows fiber bundles composed of little-order multi-mode fiber can be used in confoeal microscope.
