芯片毛细管电泳电动进样实验的研究

【摘要】 芯片毛细管电泳分析系统在免疫测定、DNA分析和测序、氨基酸和蛋白质分析、生物细胞研究方面有广泛的应用前景。其中采用的电动进样控制系统,具有控制电压低,控制灵活等特点。介绍了一种芯片毛细管电泳电动进样实验的设计,并给出实验中的测试结果。
【Abstract】 The analysis system of microchip capillary electrophoresis has extensive application prospects in immunity detection, analysis and identity of DNA, analysis of amino acids and protein, and biology cell field research. There are characteristics, such as low control voltage, facility and so on, by using electrokinetic injection system. The design of a kind of microchip capillary electrophoresis electrokinetic injection experiment is introduced. At the same time, the results are provided in experiments.
