一种基于数学形态学的DICOM图像边缘检测方法

【摘要】 本文提出了一种基于数学形态学的DICOM图像边缘检测方法。首先对DICOM文件结构进行分析,介绍了DICOM图像显示技术;然后讨论并分析数学形态学基本运算,采用数学形态学方法对DICOM图像进行边缘检测;在此基础上提取轮廓线,并对具有不同特征的轮廓线分类处理。在PC机上实验表明,本文方法可快速、精确地检测出DICOM图像中有价值的边缘。
【Abstract】 This paper proposes an edge detection method based on mathematics morphology for DICOM images. First, the files structure of DICOM images is analyzed, and the display technique for DICOM images is introduced. Then, the basic operation of mathematics morphology is discussed, and adopting mathematics morphology method, the image edge is detected. Base on the result of the basic method, contour lines with different characteristic are picked up and processed by different way. The experimental results on personal computer demonstrate that this method can detect useful edges in DICOM images quickly and accurately.
