【摘要】 随着计算机及信息技术在企业中应用的不断深入,产生了大量的电子数据信息;手工信息管理模式已经越来越难于适应企业产品研发的需求;本文在分析了目前企业产品研发的现状之后,简要介绍了产品数据管理(PDM)与现代项目管理技术,它们注重于全面质量管理和过程管理,对产品研发的技术状态能做到实时的跟踪、控制和管理;提出了利用产品数据管理与现代项目管理技术解决目前企业产品研发中存在问题的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 With application of computer and information technologies widely in enterprises, a mount of computer data are produced. Information management method can’t apply to requirement of product development. This paper has introduced technologies of product management and modern project management after studied problems of product development, which pay attention to all quality management and process management, control and track product configuration management.
