虚拟多通道应力应变测试系统的研究

【摘要】 基于组态化软件DasyLab设计的虚拟仪器——虚拟多通道应力应变测试系统,在模型铲刀表面法向压力测试试验中成功替代了传统的应力应变测试系统,并在数据的实时显示,实时存储,存储格式,数据处理及回放等方面明显优于传统应力应变测试系统,体现了其较高的性价比。
【Abstract】 A virtual multichannel stress-strain test system, which was designed by configuration software Dasy-Lab, was successfully substituted for the traditional stress-strain test system on the experiment of normal pressure to the model blade surface. The virtual stress-strain test system indicates more merits than the traditional stress-strain test system on many aspects including data real-time display, data real-time storage, data memory format, and data processing and replay. It shows much higher ratio of performance to price.
