【Abstract】 A parallel algorithm for the adaptive quadtree fractal image coding was presented. Experimental resuits show that, with the same PSNR and a little loss of the compression ratio, the proposed parallel algorithm improves the encoding speed largely, which is about four times of the original coding’s.更多还原
