【摘要】 设计了一套测试模数转换器静态和动态参数的方案。首先具体解释了模数转换器的静态参数和动态参数的定义,包括INL、DNL、信噪比、有效位数等,其次阐述了码密度测试和快速傅立叶变换测试的原理,最后用该方案对清华设计的高速模数转换器TH0307进行了测试并给出测试结果。该方案适合批量测试。更多还原

【Abstract】 A set of scheme to test the static and dynamic performance of A/D converters was presented. Firstly, the definitions of the static and dynamic parameters of A/D were interpreted. Secondly, the testing theory which includes code density and FFT was set forth. In the end, this scheme was applied to test the A/D converter of TH0307 from Tsinghua University.更多还原
