阵列式光学层析传感器的灵敏度分布计算与分析

【摘要】 对阵列式光学层析传感器灵敏度分布进行分析与计算不仅有利于了解激励光场与被测物质特性之间的相互作用关系,而且对于优化阵列式传感器的空间结构,提高成像质量以及进一步对光CT层析图进行合理的解释均具有指导意义。光学层析传感器的灵敏度分布主要与光波长、被测物质的消光能力及传感器的空间结构形式有关。采用网格法对被测区域进行剖分,分析多方向角扇束光在监测区域中的二维空间分布格局以及对灵敏度系数进行归一化处理,提出了光层析传感器的灵敏度分布图的近似数值计算方法。并分析了不同传感器阵列结构对灵敏度水平、均匀性和空间分辨率的影响。

【Abstract】 The analysis and calculation of sensitivity distribution to array optical tomographic sensor is not only helpful to learn the interactional relations between the stimulating light field and the measured matter’s characteristics, but also instructive to optimize the spatial structure of array sensor and improve imaging quality, and further illustrate the optical CT layer image rationally. The sensitivity distribution of optical tomographic sensor mainly relates with the light wavelength, the extinction capability of measured media and the spatial structure of array sensors. By dividing the monitoring area in the form of square grid unit, and analyzing the two-dimension spatial distribution pattern of multi-azimuth fan beam in monitoring area, and unitizing the sensitivity coefficient, the approximate calculation method of sensitivity distribution map of optical sensor is derived. The effect of different array sensors structure to sensitivity level and uniformity, and spatial resolution of array sensors are also analyzed.
