【Abstract】 The sensitive field of the electrical capacitance tomography (ECT) sensor is affected by medium distribution. Such soft field characteristic is a key problem for its application to two phase-flow parameter measurement. This paper introduces the sensitivity simulation analysis technique. It studies on several factors that affect sensitive field distribution and the governing rule of the ECT field.更多还原
