CCD生物芯片扫描仪像素大小研究

【摘要】 简介了矩阵式生物芯片探针样点的形成与检测机理。深入讨论了影响CCD生物芯片扫描仪像素大小的各种因素,像素尺寸与探针样点直径的匹配关系,并在此基础上给出了CCD生物芯片扫描仪像素的推荐标准。
【Abstract】 The formation and detection of microarray are discussed. The factors which are related to pixels in CCD are presented. The size matching between pixel in CCD and spot on microarray is analyzed. So, the recommended standard of the size matching is proposed.
