基于石英音叉温度传感器的测温仪表的设计与实现

【摘要】 介绍了一种基于音叉谐振式温度传感器的测温仪表电路的设计与实现。为了提高精度,降低功耗,采用MicroChip公司低功耗单片机PIC16F877和等精度数字频率测量原理设计仪表的硬件和软件,使测量精度达到0.5‰,同时系统功耗更小(<200μA)。仪表在实际的应用中取得了较好的效果。
【Abstract】 Described the article is design and realization of a new type temperature meter based on QFTS (quartz tuning-fork temperature sensor). In order to improve the measure precision as well as to reduce the power consumption, PIC16F877 microcomputer and the theory of equal-precision digital frequency measure are used for the temperature meter design of the hardware and software. As a result, the precision of the temperature meter reaches 0. 5‰ while the power consumption is more lower (<200μA). The meter has acquired good result in practical use.
