【Abstract】 A new type of fast-response temperature sensor-semi-artifical thermocouple which integrates the cutting and temperature measuring functions is proposed. The main feature of this sensor is that its response is very fast. Its response time is less than 1ms. The structure design,static calibration,dynamic calibration and measuring circuit are narrated. The sensor is applied to machining on-the-spot,and satisfied results are achieved.更多还原
