基于恒电量的腐蚀测试系统研究

【摘要】 介绍的CS-1是基于恒电量原理的腐蚀测试系统,与传统的解常微方程组相比,对理论分析和数据处理方法作了改进,求解更加简便;提出了恒电量极化测量Tafel常数的新的解析方法,利用非线性回归拟合,增加了抗干扰的能力和求解精度。通过提高标准电容的充电电压,加快了极化电荷瞬时转移速度,显著减少了溶液电阻对测试的影响。对于测试操作方面,首次实现了参数选择自动化,简化了实验操作,从而具备了应用于腐蚀监测的基本条件。
【Abstract】 The CS-1 corrosion measurement system based on the coulostatic method is introduced. A method for calculating the parameters of corroding electrode was improved. A new approach based on NLLS (Non-linear least square)fitting method was also presented,in this way,the algorithm brings up higher ratio of signal/noise and precision compared with that of conventional differential method. To eliminate IR drop,boosting the voltage of charge progress would accelerate charge transfer. To simplify the operation of CS-1 system,a solution designed for automatic optimizing test conditions was implemented,therefore paved the way for the corrosion monitoring by using coulostatic method.
