停流光谱法测定臭氧化快速反应动力学参数
Study on Fast Reaction Kinetics of Ozonation by Stopped-flow Spectrophotometer

【摘要】 介绍了用停流光谱仪研究有机污染物臭氧化快速反应动力学的基本原理,并采用英国HI-TECH科学仪器公司的SF-61DX2型双混合停流光谱仪测定了臭氧(O3)与对硝基苯酚(PNP)的快速反应速率常数和反应级数等动力学参数。结果表明O3与PNP的总反应级数为二级,与O3和PNP分别成一级;当pH为2.9~7.4时,其反应速率常数为4.15×102~2.83×105m3kmol-1s-1。
【Abstract】 The determination technique of fast reaction kinetics between ozone and an organic pollutant by the stopped-flow spectrophotometer is briefly introduced. The fast reaction constant and reaction order of ozone (O3) with p-nitrophenol(PNP)are determined by the HI-TECH SF-61DX2 double mixing stopped-flow spectrophotometer. The results indicate that the ozonation reaction is totally second order, first order for both O3 and PNP. And the reaction constant is determined to be 4. 15×102-2. 83×105 m3 kmol-1 s-1 when the pH value varies from 2. 9 to 7. 4.
