油料灌装系统中计量模型的参数补偿方法

【摘要】 为了提高油料灌装精度,分析了油料灌装系统的计量模型中与灌装精度相关的三个参数——标准密度、温度和流量脉冲,并分别提出相应的补偿方法。提出对每一批次油料均及时测定其标准密度,并进行空气浮力补偿的标准密度补偿方法,减少空气浮力对油品标准密度的影响;提出采用实时、分段方式采集温度信号,更好地解决温度修正的准确性;提出采用二次流量脉冲转换方式对流量计的发讯脉冲进行计数补偿,确保大容量时精确发油。通过以上三方面的考虑,在一定程度上提高灌装系统精度。

【Abstract】 In order to increase the oil fill precision,the connected factors of the oil meter in oil fill control system are analyzed and the relevant amendment methods are presented. The standard density amendment method is put forward that the standard density of every batch oil is setout in time and compensated its’ air flotage in order to cut down the influence of the air flotage. It is presented that the temperature signal is sampled by real-time and periodical method in order to solve the veracity of temperature amendment better. Two-time flow pulse transition is put forward to compensate the pulse count,by this method the flow pulse is sum up to assure fill precisely in large volume. In the end,the fill precision of system is improved a certain extent by advisement of above three parts.
