基于光谱法测量变压器绕组温度的研究

【摘要】 提出了采用光谱法建立满足电力系统高压电器设备在线温度检测需要的光纤温度测量系统。该系统以半导体材料的光谱吸收特性作为测温原理,采用光纤和无源器件感受和传递温度信号,具有良好的绝缘性和抗电磁干扰的能力,对于系统中存在的光路扰动不敏感,解决了光纤温度传感器工作不稳定问题、提高了系统的测量精度和稳定性。本文给出了光谱法温度测量系统的实验结果,证明了理论研究的正确性。
【Abstract】 An new optical fiber temperature sensor is purposed,which adopts spectra methods and is for on-line detection of temperature in high voltage facilities. Temperature-dependent semiconductor absorption at the band edge is used as the principle of the temperature measurement. Optic fiber and passive devices are used to detect and transfer temperature signal. The system is immune to electromagnetic interference and non-sensitive to the fluctuation of light source power. Thus measurement precision and stability are greatly enhanced. This paper gives experimental results, which proved the correctness of theoretical study.
