炉膛烟气温度声学测量方法的研究与进展

【摘要】 声学方法测量烟气温度的技术在国外早已发展成熟,并已广泛地应用到大型火力发电厂中。目前,国内在声学测温方面的研究刚刚开始。本文介绍了声学方法测量烟气温度的基本原理,分析了这种方法的可能测量误差,对该测量系统的构成和操作作了描述,并对二维温度分布图及其重建进行了探讨,最后概述了声学方法测量烟气温度的研究应用情况和存在问题,得出了结论。

【Abstract】 The measurement of gas temperature by acoustic pyromtry was well developed in foreign countries, and it has been applied in large power plant. But the research in China has been set out so late. In this article, the principle of acoustic pyrometry is introduced, and the possible measurement errors are analyzed. The configuration and operation of measurement system were described, and the 2-D temperature distribution and the reconstruction were discussed. Finally, the research history and application and some problems are summarized and the conclusion is given.
