基于串行E~2PROM存储式压力计研究
Research of Storage Pressure Gauge Based on Serial E~2PROM

【摘要】 文中介绍了用单片机实现存储式压力计的设计原理。对存储式压力计硬件电路的组成进行了说明。重点研究了串行E~2PROM芯片读写的工作原理与软件编程。与以往使用的并行接口存储器芯片设计相比,所用串行存储器芯片体积小,硬件电路设计简单,使用方便,性能稳定。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces design principle of storage pressure gauge with single chip microcomputer. It also gives out the hardware. It is important to having investigated the read-write principle of serial E2PROM and software program. Compared with the design of parallel memory used in the past, the serial memory which is used now has small volume. The hardware is simple. It has stable performance.
