一种网络化的智能配料控制器的设计
Design of a intelligent batch controller with network connection

【摘要】 配料控制涉及国民经济的很多工业部门,本文根据市场需求设计了一个基于AT89C52型单片机的智能配料控制器。它采用高性能的前向放大电路和高速并行A/D芯片,配合配料机的传感器构成一个智能化程度较高的可靠的配料控制系统;该配料控制器还配有标准的RS—485总线接口,较好地实现了配料控制系统的网络化设计。
【Abstract】 Batch control is involved in many departments of the national economy, based on the need of the market,a intelligent batch controller is designed with the singlechip of AT89C52 in this paper. A forward amplifying circuit of high performance and a high speed concurrent A/D chip are used in this controller,then a intelligent and credible match control system is constitued by the controller and its sensor,and successflly used in the match machine. The batch controller also has a standard interface of RS-485 bus,preferably achieved the network design of the batch control system.
