炉前烟尘不确定性除尘风机控制系统

【摘要】 针对高炉出铁时炉前烟尘的不确定性且难于检测的特点,在分析被控对象特性基础上,提出了用虚拟检测的方法替代烟尘浓度,用模糊智能控制方法在原工控机中嵌入控制模块实现消烟除尘控制,实际运行表明,控制效果令人满意,大幅度节约了电能。

【Abstract】 Aimed at the uncertainty and property of dust being difficult to defect in front of furnace during furnace turning out a heat of iron and based on the analysis of characteristic of controlled process, it is presented to detect dust density by means of virtual detect technique so as to replace physical instrument detecting in the paper , also the control module bedding into the original industrial control computer, and mainly it is used to fuzzy intelligent control algorithm for realizing control of fog cleaning. The physical running result shows that the control effect is satisfactory, and the electric energy of system consumption is reduced quite a lot.
