主从式造纸配浆计算机测控系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 本文将介绍IBM—PC主机和80C198从机组成的造纸配浆自动测控系统。主机用于系统管理、调度等工作,从机完成实时检测与控制等工作。主、从机间采用RS—485通信。浓度、流量的控制采用自寻优FUZZY—PID控制算法。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the automatic measurement & control system of papermaking pulps compounding consists of one IBM-PC master computer and some 80C198 single chip slave computers.The master computer fulfils management,and slave computers complete measurement & control.The serial communication standard a-mong master and slave computers is RS-485.The control loops of pulp’s consistence and flux adopt Self-seek-excellent FUZZY-PID algorithms.
