基于虚拟测控平台的圆度仪的研究
Research in Roundness Instrument Based on Virtual Instrument Platform

【摘要】 圆度仪的主要用途是测量形状误差中的圆度,基于虚拟测控平台的圆度测量仪,使测量工作简单而直观,并保证了测量精度。本文论述了虚拟测控的概念,构建了虚拟圆度仪的软件系统,用VEE编程语言实现了软件编程。文章最后指出利用虚拟测控平台可以使各种机械量测量测试工作集成化。
【Abstract】 The roundness instrument is an instrument measuring roundness of form error. The measure becomes simple and intuitive and the precision of measure is enhanced for the use of virtual instrument platform. The concept of virtual instrument is discussed in the paper. The software system of virtual roundness instrument is designed by VEE. In the end, the paper concludes that measure and test can be integrated for the use of virtual instrument platform.
