【摘要】 目的:研究前列通瘀联合强的松对免疫性不育雄性小鼠的精子质量的影响。方法:用同种精子及福氏佐剂免疫昆明种雄性小鼠,ELISA法验证获得免疫性不育动物模型,同时设立正常对照组;分别给予前列通瘀加强的松、前列通瘀、强的松、生理盐水灌胃一月;观察并计数与雌鼠合笼后的胚胎数,ELISA法检测血清AsAb,精子密度、直线运动速度及活率。结果:人工免疫后的雄鼠血清AsAb均为阳性,正常对照组均为阴性;前列通瘀联合强的松治疗组血清AsAb、使雌鼠怀孕的胚胎数、精子参数均好于各实验对照组(P<0.05),且与正常对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:用同种精子及福氏佐剂免疫动物,可成功制成抗精子抗体介导的免疫性不育动物模型;前列通瘀联合强的松能明显改善免疫性不育雄性小鼠精子质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of Chines herbal formula-Qianlie TongYu Plus prednisone acetate on the quality of sperm of immunological infertility male mice. Methods:By injection of mice sperm and Fruend adjuvant, model mice of immunological infertility were established. The model mice were divided into 4 groups at random. The mice were treated with QianLieTongYu, prednisone acetate, QianLieTongYu plus prednisone acetate, 0.9% sodium chloride respectively. The number of embryos after mated, the density and the speed of straightaway and the live rate of sperm and AsAb in serum were analyzed. Results: The AsAb in serum of all model mice was positive and the AsAb of control mice was negative. The AsAb, live rate, density of sperm, number of embryos of mice which were treated with QianLieTongYu plus Prednisone acetate were better than others( P < 0.05) and equal to the controls( P > 0.05). Conclusions: By injection of mice sperm and Fruend adjuvant, model mice of immune-logical infertility can be established successfully. QianLie Tong Yu plus prednisone acetate can improve the quality of sperm of male mice.更多还原
