La、Y、Yb对木材表面化学镀Ni-P的影响

【摘要】 在传统的化学镀镀液中分别添加稀土氧化物 La2O3、Y2O3和 Yb2O3在木材表面制备 Ni-P 镀层。重点考察了不同稀土氧化物浓度对化学镀镀速、镀液稳定性、Ni-P 镀层质量和电磁屏蔽性能的影响。结果表明,Yb2O3对提高化学镀镀速、镀液稳定性、Ni-P 镀层质量和电屏蔽性能具有较好的效果。与传统的化学镀方法相比,添加浓度为40mg·L-1的 Yb2O3可提高化学镀镀速、镀液稳定性和屏蔽性能分别为13.8%、36.4%和8.6%,并使 Ni-P 镀层更加致密、平整和光亮。
【Abstract】 The rare earth oxides of La2O3、Y2O3 and Yb2O3 were added into the conventional electrolwess plating bath to prepare Ni-P film on wood surface.More attentions were paid to investigating the effecs of rare earths with different concentrations on the deposition rate,bath stability,Ni-P film quality and electromagnetic screen performance.The results showed that the addition of Yb2O3 could more effectively increase the deposition rate,bath stability,Ni-P film quality and electromagnetic screen performance than the other two rare earth oxides.Compared with the conventional electroless plating, the addition of Yb2O3 with concentration of 40mg·L-1could increase the deposition rate,bath stability and electromagnetic screen performance by 13.8%,36.4% and 8.6%respectively and make the Ni-P film denser,smoother and lighter.
