【Abstract】 Taking financial statistics of 31 Shanghai’s electric listed companies as sample,this paper makes statistical analysis by using factor analysis and SPSS statistical analysis software.Then it constructs a comprehensive score evaluation model to evaluate management performance and investment value and makes analysis with the evaluation result.The result can be used by investors in their investment and choice of stocks and furnishes the basis for management decision of listed companies.更多还原
