He-Ne激光对增强UV-B辐射小麦细胞膜的影响

【摘要】 采用He-Ne激光(5mW·mm-2)辐照方法,对增强UV-B(10.08kJ·m-2·d-1)辐射小麦细胞膜表面电荷损伤进行修复的研究。以6日龄小麦第一真叶为材料制备原生质体,通过细胞电泳的方法检测细胞膜表面的电荷。结果表明:经UV-B处理后,小麦细胞膜表面的电泳速度低于对照组(未经任何处理);单独激光处理后,小麦细胞膜表面的电泳速度则高于对照组;经He-Ne激光和UV-B复合处理后,小麦细胞膜表面的电泳速度高于UV-B处理组,而低于对照组。说明He-Ne激光对增强UV-B辐射造成小麦细胞膜表面电荷损伤具有一定的修复效应。

【Abstract】 The effects and mechanism of He-Ne laser (5 mW·mm-2) irradiation on the variation of the electric charge on the cell membrane surface in damaged wheat leaves induced by enhanced ultraviolet-B( 10.08 kJ·mm-2·d-1) radiation were studied. We use the cell electrophoresis technology to check the electric charge of the protoplasts that was separated from the first true leaf of wheat growing for six day. The results showed that the speed of electrophoresis through UV- B handle is lower than matched control while the speed of electrophoresis through the He- Ne laser handle is higher, and through the He-Ne laser and UV-B handle, the speed of electrophoresis is higher than the UV-B handle, but lower than matched control. The conclusion: the He-Ne laser have the effect of repair for the damage of the electric charge of surface cell membrane in wheat though the ultraviolet-B radiation.
