【摘要】 <正>目前认为细胞周期是沿G1→S→G2→M →G1期运转,细胞周期的有序运转是受一系列基因控制的。G1／S、G2／M转化点分别由SPF和 MPF调控,MPF是cyclin B1和P34cdc2两种蛋白组成。只有当P34cdc2的Thr-160／161、Scr- 167位磷酸化及Thr-14、Thr-15去磷酸化MPF
