【摘要】 为了完善提高狐狸繁殖效率的超排技术,本研究探讨了用PMSG、E₂、PGF_2α和hCG的不同组合处理对诱发初情前雌性蓝狐发情及其对卵巢和子宫发育的影响。其结果,EPP组(E₂、PMSG和PGF_2α组合)和EPPh组(E₂、PMSG、PGF_2α和hCG组合)分别有2只和3只发情,而对照组未见发情;EPP和EPPh组在卵巢指数和有腔卵泡百分率显著高于对照组（P<0.05）,而初级卵泡所占百分率则显著低于对照组。此外,EPPh组次级卵泡所占百分率与对照组相比显著降低（P<0.05）;当用EPP和EPPh法处理雌性蓝狐后,子宫指数、子宫壁和子宫内膜厚度显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。上述结果表明,EPP和EPPh处理不仅具有诱发雌性蓝狐发情的功效,而且,能够提高初情前雌性蓝狐卵巢指数和增加有腔卵泡数量。更多还原

【Abstract】 To perfect the superovulation technique that could improve the fertility of blue foxes,this study investigated the effects of different combined treatment with E₂,PGF_2α,PMSG and hCG on pre-puberal female blue foxes estrus and development of ovary and uterus.The result showed that the number of blue foxes estrus were respectively two or three in the treatment group of EPP (combination of PMSG,E₂ and PGF_2α) and EPPh (combination of PMSG,E₂,PGF_2α and bCG), while that in control group was none;Compared with the control group,the ovarian index and percentage of antral follicle in the treatment group were obviously increased （P<0.05）,but the percentage of primary follicle was significantly lower than that of control group.Moreover,the percentage of secondary follicle in the EPPh group decreased significantly compared to control （P<0.05）;Uterine index and thickness of uterus and endometrium in the EPP or EPPh group were significantly higher than those of control group （P<0.05）.These results indicated that it could not noly induce female blue foxes estrus,but also increase ovarian index and antral follicle amount of pre-puberal female blue foxes.更多还原
