【摘要】 为寻找制作动物解剖骨骼标本的新工艺、新材料,实现骨骼制作技术的革新与推广,推动产业发展,采用最新煮制法,新型材料,新工艺整形安装骨块的技术制作动物骨骼标本。结果显示:新的脱脂、漂白试剂、粘合剂效果良好,新工艺大大缩短了制作周期,提高了工作效率,节省大量实验经费。采用制作骨骼标本新技术,切实可行。更多还原

【Abstract】 To probing a complete set of new technics of shaping animal skelecton specimen,late-model material and late-model technique were applied to shaping animal skelecton specimen.The results showed that cycle of shaping specimen was shortened and the efficiency was improved,the experimentation was cost saving further more by application of the innovation including late-model defatted,bleacher and bond material.Comparing with the traditional technology,the new technology of shaping animal skelecton specimen is available and practical.更多还原
