Ghrelin在成年皖西白鹅大、小脑内的免疫组化定位

【摘要】 采用免疫组织化学技术中的链酶亲和素—生物素—过氧化物酶复合物(StreptAvidin—Biotin—Complex,SABC)法,对成年皖西白鹅大脑和小脑中ghrelin神经元的定位和分布进行了研究.结果表明大脑分泌ghrelin的神经元和神经纤维主要分布在大脑皮质内,其中锥体层阳性神经元数量最多,多为锥体细胞;小脑分泌ghrelin的神经元主要分布在小脑皮质内,其中蒲肯野细胞层和分子层免疫阳性神经元数量最多,颗粒层阳性神经元数量较少,而大脑和小脑白质内均未见ghrelin阳性神经元和神经纤维分布。观察结果提示,ghrelin在成年皖西白鹅大脑和小脑皮质中分布广泛,ghrelin可能以自分泌/旁分泌的形式调节中枢神经系统。
【Abstract】 The immunohistochemical SABC method was used to study the distribution of ghrelin in the cerebrum and cerebellum of adult WanXi white goose.The ghrelin-immunohistochemical neurons and nervous fibers mainly distributed in the cerebrum cortex,the number of ghrelin-immunopositive(ghrelin-ip) neurons in pyramidal layer was abundant,most of the ghrelin-ip neurons were pyramidal cells.In the cerebellum,The ghrelin-ip neurons mainly distributed in the cerebellar cortex, the number of ghrelin-ip neurons in Purkinje cell layer and molecular layer was more abundant than that in the granular layer. No ghrelin-ip neurons and nervous fibers were found in the cerebral and cerebellar white matter.The results suggested that ghrelin-producing neurons exist in the cerebral and cercbellar cortex of the adult WanXi white goose,ghrelin may regulate central nervous system by autocrine or paracrine.
