金属硫蛋白在奶牛体内的代谢规律研究

【摘要】 选用奶牛公犊为实验动物,采用放射性125I标记金属硫蛋白(125I-MT)的同位素示踪技术,对金属硫蛋白在奶牛体内吸收、排泄、存留和分布等代谢规律进行了研究。结果表明:在灌喂125I-MT11h后,牛血液中放射性活度达最大值(0.6235×10-2mCi)。在灌喂后3h开始从粪中检测到125I-MT,33h达最大值(6.4673×10-2mCi),125I-MT在粪中排出时间相对集中在29~37h时间段;牛粪中125I-MT排出量占总灌喂量的24.1776%。在灌喂后1h便在尿中检测到125I-MT,在灌喂后21h尿中放射性活度达最大值(6.1845×10-2mCi),尿中排出MT量占灌喂总量的31.7460%。125I-MT富集量以及MT含量在牛组织器官间具有显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)的差异。125I-MT在各组织器官中存留量占灌喂总量百分比大小依次为:肌肉、肝、皮、骨、小肠、大肠、真胃、肺、心、肾和脾;在各组织器官中总存留量占灌喂总量的7.9854%;MT在各组织器官中的含量高低依次为:心、肝、肺、脾、大肠、真胃、小肠、肾、皮、肌肉和骨。

【Abstract】 To study the orderliness of absorption,excretion,retention and metabolism of metallothionein in dairy cattle,twelve male calves were treated with a method of 125I labeling metallothionein(125I-MT) affused through mouth.The results showed that The radioactivity of 125I-MT was maximum(0.6235×10-2mCi) in blood at 11h after perfusion.After affusion 3h,125I-MT could be observed from feces of the calves in 125I-MT group and reached the peak(6.4673×10-2 mCi) at 33h.The excretion of 125I-MT from feces of the calves focus on 29h~37h after affusion.The amount of excretion from feces of the calves was 24.1776% of the total amount of perfusion.At 1h after affusion,125I-MT could be observed in urine of the calves and the concentration of 125I-MT was maximum(6.1845×10-2 mCi) at 24h after affusion.The excretion of 125I-MT from urine of the calves was 31.7460% of the total perfusion amount.There were significant differences(P<0.05 or P<0.01) in the amount of retention of 125I-MT and the concentration of MT among different organts and tissues of the calves.The amounts of retention of 125I-MT in organs and tissues of the calves were in oder of: muscle>liver>skin> bone>small intestine>large intestine>stomach>lung>heart>kidney>spleen.The residue in organs and tissues was 7.9854% of the total perfusion.The concentration of MT in organs and tissues of the calves were in oder of: heart>liver>lung>spleen>large intestine>stomach>small intestine>kidney>skin>muscle>bone.
