【摘要】 采用血凝抑制试验对广西7个市30个猪场的2156份猪血清样品进行了猪流感病毒H1、H3亚型抗体的检测。结果显示:在被调查的30个猪场中,H1亚型抗体阳性率为96.67%,H3亚型抗体阳性率为86.67%。H1+H3亚型抗体阳性率为86.67%;在检测的2156份血清样品中。H1亚型抗体阳性率为29.04%,H3亚型抗体阳性率为31.54%,H1+H3亚型抗体阳性率为12.15%。表明在所调查的广西猪场中,猪流感病毒的感染较为普遍,大部分猪场都曾被H1、H3亚型感染。更多还原

【Abstract】 Serological investigation of swine influenza virus H1 and H3 subtype was performed to 2156 pig serum samples from 30 hogpens of 7 cities in Guangxi by hemagglutination inhibition test.Test results show that,H1 and H3 antibody subtype positive incidence of hogpens is 96.67% and 86.67%,respectively.And H1 and H3 antibody subtype positive incidence of 2156 pig serum samples is 29.04% and 31.54%,respectively,thereinto H1 and H3 antibody subtype collective positive incidence is 12.15%.Investigation results show that,the pigs had been infected by H1 and H3 subtype swine influenza virus,which from mostly Guangxi hogpens were investigated,and infection of swine influenza virus is universal in hogpens of Guangxi.更多还原
