新乡地区兔巴氏杆菌的分离与鉴定

【摘要】 从新乡地区发病或死亡兔的脑、心血、肝、脾等脏器中分离病原菌,经形态学检查、生化试验、动物试验、分离菌被鉴定为多杀性巴氏杆菌.药敏试验表明,分离菌株对氟苯尼考、磺胺六甲氧嘧啶、头孢噻呋等药物较为敏感.
【Abstract】 The strains were isolated from brain,heart-blood,liver and spleen of affected or dead rabbit on some rabbit farms in Xinxiang,The morphology observations,biochemical and animal test showed that the strains were identified to be Pasteurella multocida.The result of antibiotic sensitivity test showed the isolates were sentitive to Florfenicol,Snlfamonomethoxine,Ceftiofur Sodium and so on..
