【摘要】 采用双抗体夹心 ELISA 对商品育肥猪黏膜系统的十八个部位的黏液进行黏膜抗体的检测,包括总γ-球蛋白、IgA、IgG、IgM。检测结果表明,除胃及十二指肠分泌较少的黏膜抗体外,其他各部位均有较多的黏膜抗体分泌,尤以空肠、肺门、扁桃体、直肠等处的黏膜抗体分泌为多。黏膜抗体中除 IgA 外,还大量的存在着 IgG 和 IgM。更多还原

【Abstract】 Double antibody sandwich ELISA method be used to detect the mucosa antibody of mucosa system in eighteen regions of commodity fattening pig,including total γ-giobulin,IgA,IgG and IgM.The result of detection indicate that stomach and duodenum secrete fewer mucosa antibody,and other regions secrete more mucosa antibody,especially in jejunum,hilum of lung,tonsils and rectum secrete more.mucosa antibody contain a lot of IgG and IgM besides IgA.更多还原
