【摘要】 无菌采集健康鸽肠道内容物,接种 MRS 培养基,厌氧培养分离乳杆菌,对分离菌从形态学、生化特性、产酸性、耐酸性、高温耐受性、药物敏感性、抑菌性、致病性等生物学特性研究。结果表明从鸽肠道内分离到2株嗜酸乳杆菌,具备益生菌的基本条件,为下一步研究与开发鸽用微生态制剂奠定了基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Introduction was made to asepsisly scraping content from pigeon’s cecum,inoculating MRS culture medium,separating lactobacillus by use of inoxygen culturing.Study was conducted on form character,biochemical character,acidity producing ability,acidity enduring,medicine sensitivity, bacterioatasispathogenic ability and so on of the isolated bacteria.Results were compared with parameters referred to Bergey’s Manual of Systematic Bacteriology(9 edition).Finally identified were 2 strains of lactobacillus acidophilus one of which was suitable to prepare probiotics to be used in pigeon.更多还原
