【摘要】 研究芽孢杆菌制剂对淋巴细胞转化增强作用,以期了解和评价芽孢杆菌作为饲料添加剂对动物免疫功能的影响。试验将96只小鼠(雄性)随机分为4组。一组为对照,其余三组在日粮中分别添加芽孢杆菌Pab04,芽孢杆菌PAS38,抗生素。分别于14,21,28,35,42,49,56,63日龄时采用MTT比色法检测脾脏T淋巴细胞转化率的动态变化。结果表明,Pab04,PAS38对小鼠的T淋巴细胞转化功能有增强作用,且这种调节是稳定持久的,芽孢杆菌制剂在饲料添加中的较之抗生素的优越性。更多还原

【Abstract】 To comprehend the effect of cell immunity by Bacillus macroscopicly. The mouse for experiment was separated randomly into 4 groups and leave one as control group. Pab04, PAS38, antibiotics was added respectively into the basic food of three groups. MTT was used to measure the transformation of mouse splenic lymphocyte at the day of 14, 21, 28, 35, 42, 49, 56, 63. The result indicated that Pab04 and PAS38 was able to enhance the transformation of mouse splenic lymphocyte , the effect is stable and persistent. This experiment confirms the Bacillus is better than antibiotics in feed additivity.更多还原
