益生菌、黄芪多糖微胶囊制剂对肉仔鸡生长性能、免疫器官指数及血液生化指标的影响
Effects of Microcapsule of Profitable Microbe and Astragalus Polysaccharide on Growth Performance, Immune organ index and Blood biochemical index of Chicks

【摘要】 试验研究益生菌、黄芪多糖、合生元和微胶囊制剂对肉仔鸡生长性能、免疫器官指数及血液生化指标的影响.选用1日龄健康艾维菌肉仔鸡288只,随机分为6个处理,每个处理4个重复, 每个重复12只鸡,试验组在基础日粮上分别添加益生菌Ⅰ、益生菌Ⅱ、黄芪多糖、合生元和微胶囊制剂。观察其对肉仔鸡生产性能、免疫器官指数和血液生化指标的影响.试验结果表明日粮中添加益生菌、黄芪多糖、合生元和微胶囊制剂均能显著影响肉仔鸡的增重(P<0.05),降低料肉比(P< 0.05)。未发现微胶囊组与其它试验组增重有显著差异(P>0.05),但与其它试验组比较料肉比差异显著(P<0.05).试验期间,各组鸡生长发育正常,未见器官异常,试验组免疫器官指数明显高于对照组(P<0.05),28d微胶囊组免疫器官指数均高于其它试验组(P<0.05)。血液生化指标表明, 试验组血清总蛋白和α-淀粉酶含量较对照组升高(P<0.05),血糖含量均较对照组下降(P<0.05).微胶囊组血清总蛋白含量较对照组升高(P<0.01)。
【Abstract】 The effect of Mjcrocapsule of Profitable Microbe (PM) and Astragalus Polysaccharide (APS) on Growth Performance, Immune organ index and Blood biochemical index of Chicks were studied. 288 Aiweiyin chicks were randomly divided into 6 groups with 4 replicates (12 chicks per replicate). The basic diet of the 6 groups was the same and treatments were as follows: A without APS and PM, B with PM Ⅰ, C with PM Ⅱ, D with PM and APS, E with APS and F with Microcapsule. The effect of Microcapsule of Profitable Microbe and Astragalus Polysaccharide on Growth Performance, Immune organ index and Blood biochemical index of Chicks were observed. The results showed: All of APS, PM, the compounds and Microcapsule could significantly increase Average Growth Performance between PM, APS, PM+APS and Microcapsule (P<0.05) ,lower feed/growth with the decrease was significantly (P<0.05) .But it did not show that there is no significant difference of growth Performance between Microcapsule and other experiments (P<0.05), but it’s feed/growth is significantly (P<0.05) .In experimental stage, all chicks growth and development were normal without organ abnormally. Compared to the control group ,Immune organ index of trial groups are higher (P<0.05) .In 28d, Microcapsule group was significant higher than other groups (P<0.05) . Blood biochemical index indicated that trial groups of serum total protein and amylase were higher than control group (P<0.05) ,but serum glucose is lower control group (P<0.05). Microcapsule group of serum total protein was significant higher than control group (P<0.01).
