河北荷斯坦母牛5个微卫星基因座遗传多态性研究
Study on Genetic Polymorphisms of Five Microsatellite Loci in Hebei Holstein Cows

【摘要】 利用5个微卫星基因座BM1818、BM143、BM1443、BM1905、BM711对90头河北荷斯坦母牛进行了遗传检测。用非变性(中性)聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳检测微卫星的PCR扩增产物。结果表明BM1818、BM143、BM1443、BM1905、BM711的等位基因数/多态信息含量/有效等位基因数/杂合度分别为5/0.618/3.096/0.677、7/0.727/4.202/0.762、5/0.717/4.115/0.757、 4/0.625/3.139/0.681、7/0.754/4.617/0.783。可见BM711的遗传变异最大,BM1818的遗传变异最小。
【Abstract】 The polymorphisms of five microsatellite loci BM1818, BM143, BM1443, BM1905, BM711 were detected in 90 Hebei Holstein cows. The PCR amplified products of microsatellites were detected by non-denatured (neutral) polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The number of alleles/polymorphic information content/ effective numbers of alleles/heterozygosity of BM1818, BM143, BM1443, BM1905, BM711 were 5/0.618/3.096/0.677, 7/0.727/4.202/0.762, 5/0.717/4.115/0.757, 4/0.625/3.139/0.681, 7/0.754/4.617/0.783, respectively. The results revealed the greatest genetic variation in BM711 and the lowest in BM1818.
