Myf-6基因对肌肉中氨基酸组成的遗传效应分析

【摘要】 以中国地方猪种大河猪和以大河猪为母本选育形成的培育品种大河乌猪为研究对象,研究了两个猪种肌肉的氨基酸组成情况。结果表明,以肉质性状优良闻名于世的大河猪及含有大河猪血缘的大河乌猪肌肉中含有丰富的氨基酸组成。含量最多的是谷氨酸,两个品种的肌肉中分别达到12.119%和12.320%。含量最少的是蛋氨酸和脯氨酸,两个品种肌肉中蛋氨酸含量分别为1.753%和1.792%,脯氨酸分别为2.535%和2.566%。两品种间各种常见氨基酸的组成差异均不显著(P>0.05)。此外,以影响肌肉分化形成的Myf-6基因为候选基因,研究了Myf-6 基因在试验猪群中的分布情况,并结合氨基酸测定结果进行了Myf-6基因与肌肉氨基酸组成间的关联性分析。结果表明,Myf-6基因的从纯合子与AB杂合子个体间在肌肉中氨基酸的组成上差异不显著(P>0.05)。

【Abstract】 A famous native pig breed Dahe pig and a developed pig breed Dahewu pig, which bred from the cross hybrid between Duroc and Dahe pig, were studied in this experiment. The amino acid composition of meat was tested. The results indicated that there was quantity of Alu existed in meat, and the content were 12.119% and 12.320% for the two pig breeds respectively. The Met and Pro were the rare amino acid in meat, there were only 1.753% and 1.792% of Met and 2.535% and 2.566% of Pro existed in the two pig breeds respectively. There were no significant differences for the composition of amino acid between the two pig breeds (P>0.05). The genotype of Myf-6 gene was detected by the PCR-RFLP technique and the genetic effect of Myf-6 gene on the composition of amino acid of meat was analyzed. From the results we known there was no significant difference between AA and AB individuals of Myf-6 gene for the amino acid composition of meat (P>0.05).
