栗羽、白羽和黄羽三种羽色鹌鹑红细胞和血浆酯酶的遗传多态性
The Genetic Polymorphism of the Erythrocyte and Plasma Esterase in Maroon,White and Yellow Feather Quail

【摘要】 利用垂直板聚丙稀酰胺凝胶电泳法对蛋用朝鲜龙城系(粟羽)鹌鹑及其突变系白羽和黄羽的红细胞和血浆酯酶的遗传多态性进行了研究。结果表明红细胞酯酶Es-Ⅰ、 Es-Ⅲ和血浆酯酶Es-3、Es-4均存在遗传多态性,其中红细胞酯酶Es-Ⅰ和Es-Ⅲ以及血浆酯酶Es-3各出现3种表型A、AB和B,分别受常染色体上的一对等位基因A和B控制。血浆酯酶Es-4出现2种表型即有带型和无带型,受显性基因Es-4A和隐性基因Es-4a控制。经独立性X2检验,三群体在红细胞酯酶Es-Ⅰ,血浆酯酶Es-3和Es-4的基因分布差异不显著(P>0.05),在红细胞酯酶Es-Ⅲ位点,白羽和栗羽,黄羽和栗羽间的基因分布差异极显著(P<0.01),黄羽和白羽间的基因分布差异不显著(P>0.05)。经适合性X2检验,三群体在红细胞酯酶Es-Ⅰ位点的基因分布均显著偏离Hardy-Weinberg平衡(P<0.01)。在红细胞酯酶Es-Ⅲ和血浆酯酶Es-3两个位点除粟羽鹌鹑外,黄羽和白羽均处于遗传平衡状态。本研究揭示的红细胞酯酶Es-Ⅲ和血浆酯酶Es-3的电泳图谱较以往报道的酶谱带数多。
【Abstract】 The genetic polymorphism of the erythrocyte and plasma esterase in maroon ,white and yellow feather quail were analyzed using vertical plate polyacrylamide gel electrophotesis.The erythrocyte esterase Es- Ⅰ、Es-Ⅲ and plasma esterase Es-3 、 Es-4 were identified to be polymorphic,there were three different phenotypes A,AB and B controlled by 2 autosomal codominant alleles A and B at each locus in erythrocyte esterase Es- Ⅰ、 Es-Ⅲ and plasma esterase Es-3,there were two phenotypes, dominant and recessive band ,were controlled by dominant gene Es-4A and recessive gene Es-4a.There were no obvious difference for gene distribution at erythrocyte esterase Es-Ⅰ ,plasma esterase Es-3 and Es-4 among colonies (P>0.05),but there were dominant difference for gene distribution at erythrocyte esterase Es-Ⅲ between yellow feather and maroon feather,white feather and maroon feather (P<0.01) ,no obvious difference between yellow and white (P>0.05).by suitability X2 test .The gene distribution of erythrocyte esterase Es- Ⅰ were markedly deviant from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium in all three colonies(P<0.01), The gene distribution of erythrocyte esterase Es-Ⅲ and plasma esterase Es-3 lie within Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium in white feather and yellow feather quail except maroon feather(P>0.05)by suitability X2 test. The electrophoretogram of erythrocyte esterase Es-Ⅲ and plasma esterase Es-3 in study display more electrophoretic band than that reported before..
