壳聚糖饲用微生物制剂对肉鸡性能及免疫作用的研究

【摘要】 运用壳聚糖的理化特性和有益菌群的益生原理,研制出了以壳聚糖为重要底物成分的饲用微生物制剂(制剂,下同),并以其为试验因子进行了AA鸡、湘黄鸡的饲养试验及湘黄鸡部分免疫与微生物学观察。合并统计试验间生产性能表明,总体上以试验Ⅰ组最优,其与Ck相比:日增重、饲料转化率、育成率分别提高5.48%、2.03%、9.62个百分点;屠宰率、全净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率分别提高1.06%、1.07%、0.04%、0.83%。湘黄鸡免疫指标和肠道菌群的测定结果表明,试验组: 脾脏指数有上升趋势、法氏囊指数和胸腺指数显著提高;血液中IgG含量呈上升趋势、T3、T4和 IgA含量显著提高;盲肠中大肠杆菌显著减少、而乳酸杆菌显著增加。表现出制剂促进免疫器官发育、提高生产及胴体性能的良好作用。

【Abstract】 Based on physical and chemical characteristic of Chitosan and wholesome principle of Microbials, the Direct-fed Microbials was developed with Chitosan as important substrate component, which was applied as a testing factor in the feed experiment and partial observation of immunology and microbiology in AA broiler and Hunan yellow chiCken(HYC). The results of united statistics between the tests of AA and HYC broilers indicate that Group I is the best in whole. Compared with Group Ck, daily gain, feed conversion efficiency, survival rate were heighten 5.48%, 2.03%, 9.62 percentages; dressing percentage, eviscerated weight rate, breast muscle rate, thigh muscle rate were heighten 1.06%, 1.07%, 0.04 %, 0.83 %. The mensurations on immune index and enteric bacteria of HYC indicate that in experimental groups compared with group Ck, Spleen index, Bursa index, Thymus index , T3, T4, IgA, IgG were heightened; Escherichia coli, lactobacillus in caecum decreased and increased respectively. The results represent the effects of this preparation promote immune organ development and improve growth and carcass performances.
