【摘要】 应用大体解剖学方法和组织切片技术对父母代固始鸡回肠的发育形态学进行了研究,结果表明:父母代固始鸡回肠长度、重量、周长与鸡只个体生长发育呈显著的正相关,回肠长度与重量的比值、回肠长度与体重的比值与鸡只个体生长发育呈显著的负相关。回肠绒毛长度、绒毛宽度、隐窝长(深)度、肠腺宽度与鸡只个体生长发育呈显著的正相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development morphology of the ileum were observed with the technique of anatomy and histologic section in the parental line of Gushi chickens. The results showed there were postive ralation on the length,weight and the girth of ileum. There were negative ralation on ileum length/ileum weight and ileum length/body weight .The length of villus,the breadth of villus,the depth of recessus,the breadth of recessus of ileum showed itself rising tendency as a whole.更多还原
