【摘要】 中华绒鳌蟹肠道和华溪蟹的肠组织结构基本相似,均由粘膜上皮、结缔组织及局部横纹肌构成,消化道分层不明显,局部可见肠腺。上皮细胞分泌物形成儿丁质板,覆盖在上皮细胞表面。两种蟹肝胰腺均由肝小管的单层柱状上皮构成,在光镜下可以区分出分泌细胞、吸收细胞、胚性细胞。肝小管在不同的营养状态下形态不同。绒螯蟹的鳃小片间隔比较大,华溪蟹的鳃小片间隔较小,两者鳃小片均由扁平上皮组成,外侧有薄层儿丁质板。更多还原

【Abstract】 The structure of Intestines of Eriocheir sinensis and Sinopotamon denticulatum were similar. They were all constituted of mucous epithelium, connective tissue and striate muscle, the layers of the intestine were not clearly divided. Gland seldom disturbed beneath the epithelial. Chitin plant covered the epithelia. The hepatopancreas of the two crabs were built with simple columnar epithelia. Secreting, absorbing and embryonic cells could be distinguished. The interval between Branch leaves of The Eriocheir sinensis was larger than that of the Sinopotamon denticulatum. The Branch leaves were mainly constituted by simple squamous epithelia, covered with thin chitin plant.更多还原
