【摘要】 目的:为了研究皖西白鹅小肠内是否有产生Ghrelin细胞分布方法:应用免疫组化SABC法并结合DAB 显色技术结果:①Ghrelin免疫阳性细胞主要位于小肠的粘膜层,粘膜下层和肌层未见ghrelin阳性细胞, 这些阳性细胞,胞浆着色,主要有两类,一类为“闭合型”细胞,呈圆形或椭圆形,其顶部不露于腔面,另一类为“开放型”细胞,呈锥体型,细胞顶部达到腔面。②在十二指肠,“开放型”和“闭合型”两种阳性细胞均可观察到,而在空肠和回肠,主要为“闭合型”阳性细胞。结论:产生Ghrelin的细胞在成年皖西白鹅小肠粘膜层有广泛的分布,揭示Ghrelin可能调节小肠的功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim.To study the distribution of ghrelin-producing cells in small intestine of WanXi white geese. Methods:The immunohistochemical SABC method and DAB staining technology were adopted. Results: Ghrelin immunopositive cells (ghrelin-ip) were mainly found in the mucosal layer of the small intestine. No ghrelin-ip cells were found in the submucosa and tunica muscularis. These cells,intensely immunoreactive especially in the basal cytoplasm and named "closed type cells" which were rounded or oblong in shape, were not in contact with the lumen, A few ghrelin-ic, cone in shape,showed an apical process that contacted the lumen and were the so-called "open-type cells". In the duodenum in particular the two types of ghrelin-ic, "closed" and "open"cells, were still observed along villi intestinales. Ghrelin-ic were less numerous in the jejunum and ileum, and were generally of the "closed" type. Conclusion: The results suggested that ghrelin-producing cells exist in the mucosal layer of the small intestine of the adult WanXi white goose, ghrelin may regulate the function of the small intestine.更多还原
