【摘要】 为了阐明雌性黑熊生殖系统的组织结构,为黑熊的人工授精等提供基础参考资料。本试验对3头意外死亡的黑熊的雌性生殖系统进行组织解剖学观察。结果显示,雌性黑熊的卵巢有很厚的脂肪囊包裹,随年龄增大卵巢表面凸凹不平;子宫与牛和羊的子宫相似,属于双分子宫,存在伪体,子宫角长度相当于子宫体的两倍,子宫颈管具有明显的子宫内口和外口,内外口之间并非以短管相连,而是以短腔相连,这是人工授精过程必须注意并需设法解决的问题;阴道呈背腹压扁的管状。更多还原

【Abstract】 To clarify Reproductive System structure of the Female Black bear and provide basic data for artificial fertilization study. The morphology of reproductive system of three black bears were observed.The results were that the ovary of black bear was enwrapped by thick fat vesicle,the surface became accidented along with age increasing; the venter of black bear is similar to cattles,belongs to uterus bipartitus, the length of cornu uteri dextrumet sinistrum is two times than the length of corpus uteri,the cervix has obvious ostium uteri internum and ostium uteri externum,there was short cavity between obvious ostium uteri internum and ostium uteri externum,this problem must be solved in artificial fertilization process; Vagina is like a staved duct in a back and abdomen direction.更多还原
